About the Job:


Wazoku are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hungry and hard-working, well-organized team player to become a key member of a growing sales team. Your focus will be on creating new qualified opportunities for the senior sales team, adding your ideas and input on making the organisation better, resulting in more revenue. You must love talking about ideas, innovation, and our customer success stories. More importantly, our customers and potential customers must love talking to you.

Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

• Comprehensively communicate and present Wazoku’s customer stories, products and value proposition over the phone, online and face-to-face to client prospects across multiple verti-cals. 
• Drive outbound sales campaigns and improved inbound lead qualification. 
• Work closely with the Marketing team to generate and execute effective campaigns to drive new leads.
• Help to grow opportunity pipeline alongside Business Development Managers and assist team in achieving monthly sales targets. 
• Ensure CRM system fully up to date with comprehensive information throughout sales cycle. • Booking a minimum of 30 self-generate qualified meetings per fiscal quarter 
Requirements:
 
• Strong presentation and personal skills on the phone, online and in-person. 
• You must be able to build trust and mutual respect with senior executives as well as mid-level job roles. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (professional English emails, calendar invites, and phone calls – can be non-native English speaker) 
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple project/deals at the same time 
• You are cooperative, adaptable, self-starter and flexible, always maintaining a positive attitude. We are a startup, so things can change quickly as we look to improve our business and the way we work with customers and prospective customers. 
• You are a team player and will always share credit, solicit the opinions of others in the busi-ness and adhere to our company values. • Constantly self-learning (i.e. reading sales books, going to Innovation conferences, etc) and sharing new ideas with the team. 
• Contributing to Wazoku’s Innovation process by consistently adding ideas, liking, comment-ing, and adding feedback to existing ideas
