Job Description:

Based in Central London and reporting into the part time Finance Director and the Founding Partner, the ideal candidate will need to be proactive and a true self- starter!

What to expect?

· Code and post purchase invoices to the ledger and prepare data for payment runs

· Reconcile the suppliers’ statements and act as a first point of contact for all accounts queries from contractors, customers and suppliers.

· Inputting data on ‘production’ worksheet for weekly contractor payment calculations.

· Basic credit control procedures, chasing debts, help ensure all customers’ accounts are settled within our terms

· Manage all temporary contractors, process paperwork and process weekly payroll

· Raise permanent placement invoices on start date, post monthly staff expenses to the accounts system and post monthly credit card spend to Sage

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in an accounts office a bonus but not essential

· Basic to intermediate Excel skills

· Good organisation and administration skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience using Sage Line 50 (desired)
