Job Description:
  • Answering inbound emails and social media queries from our driver and passenger base.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Proactively monitoring fraud and intercepting fraudulent transactions.
  • Logging customer issues via internal systems and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Out of hours monitoring (extra pay).
Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong written skills and must have good IT and organisational skills.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Experience using customer service software is desirable but not essential.
