Lead Development Sales Representative £27-30k (OTE £50k+)

They trust their risk intelligence platform of unified Privileged Account Management and Vulnerability Management solutions to shrink attack surfaces, identify threats, and maintain compliance.

    Job Description:

    What Will You Do?
    BeyondTrust is seeking a Lead Development Representative in BeyondTrust’s Leeds, UK Office. This person will provide a “first touch” to prospects and will own the responsibility of engaging and nurturing leads until they are qualified sufficiently to pass to Sales for active selling. In this role, you will:

    • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
    • Build rapport and relationships with prospects
    • Identify and qualify new opportunities for BeyondTrust
    • Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions.
    • Attend field sales meetings as appropriate
    • Provide qualified SQLs to SMB and Enterprise Sales Reps to further account development/ penetration efforts
    • Maintain an accurate forecast
    • Enter pertinent prospect information into Salesforce. Update and expand overtime.


    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
    • Effective listener to understand prospect needs.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams you support and become a valued partner to them.
    • Understanding of sales automation tools (SalesForce a huge plus)
    • Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • BA/BS Degree
    • 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Business development: cold calling, and/or sales experience in a complex sales environment.
    • Education: Educator with experience instructing key concepts.
    • Marketing/Communications: Coordinator or manager implementing campaigns.
